Nick Radosavljevic
Founder/Trainer
Nick brings over 13 years of combined playing and coaching experience, along with a strong passion for the game and developing players and teams.
As a player he spent his latter youth career in several top MLS academies, including Chivas USA, Toronto FC, and the Chicago Fire. Collegiately, he competed at Catawba College, American River College, and Cal State Chico. In 2017, Nick continued his playing career in the USL Championship with Saint Louis Football Club.
While continuing to pursue playing at the next level Nick began his coaching journey with Saint Louis Scott Gallagher as a staff coach. Since 2018, he has been based in the Pacific Northwest, coaching at Washington Premier FC and serving as an assistant coach at Pacific Lutheran University from 2018 to 2020. Most recently, Nick was the Boys & Junior Program Director at Harbor Soccer Club for the 2024–2025 season. Nick currently holds a USSF “B” License and a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies.

Conner Pichette

Conner Pichette brings over seven years of coaching experience and a deep passion for player development to Perceptive Football. A holder of the USSF C License, Conner is committed to nurturing talent both on and off the pitch, helping athletes grow as players and as people.
A product of the former Washington Premier DA program, Conner continued his youth development with Crossfire DA the top program in the state. Conner played four years of collegiate soccer at Western Washington University where he would be an integral part of midfield in a program that was extremely competitive during his years. There, he earned a bachelor's degree in the Bachelor of Arts, further solidifying his foundation beliefs in become a well rounded individual.
Conner’s journey—from academy player to collegiate athlete and now coach—fuels his drive to give back to the game and guide the next generation of players through a competitive, supportive, and high-performance environment.
